He takes ancient Chinese characters such as oracle bone script, bronze inscriptions, and seal script from the pre Qin period as the foundation of his creation, emphasizing that the essence of calligraphy lies not in simple brush and ink techniques, but in the ancient civilization and historical context carried behind the characters. Based on more than 30 years of research on ancient Chinese characters, we advocate that writing should first understand the origins of characters, and every stroke of seal script should have historical evidence, making calligraphy a carrier of ancient Chinese civilization rather than just decorative symbols.

In terms of traditional Chinese painting creation, he advocates that the lines of mountains, waters, flowers, and birds should be interconnected with those of seal script, and the use of seal script strokes should be incorporated into the painting. Cultural and historical research is the foundation of calligraphy and painting creation. He incorporated over thirty years of academic understanding of museum paintings into his writing. Not separating cultural research from artistic creation, achieving contemporary cultural inheritance.

Propose the dialectical theory of Chinese aesthetics of "using form to control spirit". His works are simple, bold, majestic, and have a distinct personality. Through long-term practice, he has achieved many accomplishments in various fields of artistic creation. The works have held solo exhibitions in more than ten cities and art museums across the country, including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Rongbaozhai, National Academy of Fine Arts, and Poly Art Museum. They have also been exhibited in over 20 countries overseas, including the United States, France, Italy, Belgium, and Germany.
